Simply add a defined(openbsd_HOST_OS) check to follow FreeBSD lead. Fixed tests: /Network.Socket.ByteString/recvMsg/receives control messages for IPv4/ /Network.Socket/ifNameToIndex and ifIndexToName/convert a name to an index and back/
