Re-Built as per instructions under releases/testdata/README.md The older builds had to be rebuilt because of checksums & signature which are all contained in one file and the checksums have changed for other builds because of newer version of Go.

Recently, GitHub has switched the macOS runners we run our nightly tests on to macOS 14 (from macOS 12). This implies switch from
darwin/amd64todarwin/arm64and Terraform 1.0.0 which was previously used in one of our tests was never released for darwin/amd64, therefore the test started failing.This version bump addresses that.
