So we can remove the dist files from the repository completely we should create a build task to automatically build, version, and push to a components repository.

Ideally this would be in @components/handlebars.js but alternatively we can create something under another org/user. I've reached out to one of the component/handlebars.js users to see if we can get access ourselves.
