Watchdog failure in generator_aot_async_parallel on Windows buildbot #6621
Description
On a test from an apparently-unrelated change (https://buildbot.halide-lang.org/master/#/builders/164/builds/46), the one-and-only failure was in this test, with output:

Do we know of outstanding hangs/deadlocks/etc in the async code, especially on Windows?
