Binary releases in https://buildbot.halide-lang.org/ do not currently package the LICENSE file.

Including the LICENSE file in these tar balls would help users ensure that the latest LICENSE file gets repackaged with the binaries in downstream clients.

I think it is... I would add it to the share/doc/Halide folder (at least on Linux), along with the other READMEs.
