Install

Supported platforms: Linux, OSX

• from AMBER suite distribution http://ambermd.org/.

• from conda: conda install -c ambermd pytraj

• from AmberTools: conda install -c conda-forge ambertools

• from pip: pip install pytraj

• from source code:

  cd pytraj
  
  python setup.py install
