It just provides an option to hide profile photo if user want. Sometimes, profile photo on left bar distracts me while using the app. It has already an immersive mode but it also hide gists list panel. I thought it'd be nice to have an option for user to hide it. :)
I clicked on sync button a couple of times after started. |

Maybe we need a way to show the login username if the profile photo is hidden, but it's good enough for now. Thanks @baybatu ! |
