- New docs/manual/index.html: the full h5i CLI reference rendered into the site shell (dark/red theme, sticky sidebar TOC + scrollspy), generated from MANUAL.md via scripts/gen_manual.py (python-markdown, GitHub-compatible heading slugs so in-doc cross-refs resolve)
- scripts/gen_manual.py: reproducible generator for the page
- Repoint all 41 GitHub-MANUAL.md links (footers, Read-the-Manual CTAs, FAQ) to /manual/; add a Manual nav item to the top-level pages; add the sitemap entry
- Fix stale org reference in MANUAL.md install snippet (Koukyosyumei/h5i -> h5i-dev/h5i)
