Add 6 tests for previously-uncovered rebase paths: - no-op when already on the parent tip - status guard: refused after propose/apply - parent branch gone - diverged (rewound) parent → 3-way merge - two-parent provenance merge commit - parent advance with no env-side changes (+ idempotent re-rebase)
