- Replace Feature Overview/Use Cases/Web Dashboard on index.html with deck-derived scroll sections (problem, solution, commit, msg, objects, share pr, audit) + explore-more band; ported deck visuals into the stylesheet - Move the full feature reference, 8 use cases, and dashboard to a new /features/ page (cloned shell, self-canonical, BreadcrumbList+ItemList JSON-LD) - Nav/footer: add Features (Install before Features); sitemap += /features/ - Wire token-reduction-unified.svg (objects) and an optimized claude-codex video (msg): GIF 3.3MB -> webm 0.74MB / mp4 0.85MB + poster - Refresh homepage title/description/OG/Twitter to AI-aware-VC positioning
