SET EXCLUSIVE 2doesn't wait any more if there are no other user sessions or when they were immediately closed bysuspend().Database.closeAllSessionsExcept()andTransaction.waitForThisToEnd()now useSystem.nanoTime()instead of unsafeSystem.currentTimeMillis()to avoid problems caused by possible adjustments of system clock.
