Adds --disable-session-crashed-bubble to prevent the "Chrome has crashed, restore pages?" prompt on unclean shutdown. Fixes guysoft#89

(Can test only Sunday myself)

It does not restore any excess pages, It just launches based on the /boot/fullpageos.txt app/url. |
