libgen-scimag-date-added-2017-04-07.tsv.xz contains the dates added for all articles in LibGen scimag (note a very small number of records are missing libgen_date). 4.libgen-lagtime.ipynb combines libgen_date with Crossref issued dates. Several quality control steps and filters were applied to create libgen-lagtime.tsv.xz, which contains months & days from publication date to LibGen upload (lag times).
5.libgen-plots.ipynb visualizes LibGen scimag and its lag times. This is the first R notebook in the repo for ggplot2 functionality. In addition, the dplyr backend seems to be more memory efficient than pandas. Hopefully, conda will be sufficient to overcome R environment versioning hell. Here are the two most important plots:
