Describe the bug

The published artifacts ended up with versions like 0.9.0-spark3.5. Apparently I introduced that in my Spark 4 support but I don't remember why. The major version is in the artifact name so this should be dropped from the version value, and the README currently indicates the version should be just 0.9.0.
