sqlalchemytest (BizarroCharacterFKResolutionTest->BizarroCharacterTest). The sqlalchemy folks refactored the name recently.ComponentReflectionTestbecause it checked for capabilities that BQ did not support. This PR also deletes references toComponentReflectionTestExtrafor the same reason.
