End appendRows stream without writing any data causes Error: 3 INVALID_ARGUMENT: Cannot route on empty project id ''

  • @google-cloud/bigquery-storage version: 3.4.0

Steps to reproduce

  1. const stream = client.appendRows(...)
  2. stream.end()
