This PR resolves a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the Cloud Healthcare FHIR Fetch Page tool by introducing strict validation for the pageURL parameter.

small, low-priority heads-up: I noticed #3462 (external contributor)
fixes the same cloud-healthcare pageURL issue I reported on 2026-06-15 and that
your #3453 credits me for. Whichever implementation you prefer is entirely your
call — #3462's redirect re-validation looks like a nice addition. Just flagging
the overlap in case it helps keep the history straight; nothing needed from me.
