## Description

`maximumBytesBilled` was added to the BigQuery source config in #2724
(v1.2.0),
but was not wired into the prebuilt config
(`internal/prebuiltconfigs/tools/bigquery.yaml`).
Users running with `--prebuilt bigquery` had no way to set a per-query
scan limit
via environment variable.

This change adds `BIGQUERY_MAXIMUM_BYTES_BILLED` to the prebuilt config,
following the same pattern as other optional fields
(`BIGQUERY_IMPERSONATE_SERVICE_ACCOUNT`, `BIGQUERY_SCOPES`, etc.).
