FR(librarian): Resolve intermittent failure for publish-release-worker #2649
Description
Occasionally publish-release-worker fails with the following error
2025/10/22 08:07:03 ERROR Error running command err="GET https://api.github.com/repos/googleapis/google-cloud-go/pulls?page=41&per_page=100&state=closed: 503 No server is currently available to service your request. Sorry about that. Please try resubmitting your request and contact us if the problem persists.
As per the error message, we could try resubmitting the request.
