Running "release init" for AI Platform currently fails with:

failed to fetch conventional commits for library, aiplatform: failed to get commits for library aiplatform: failed to find tag aiplatform-1.100.0: tag not found

The tag should be aiplatform/v1.100.0 (which does exist)

This can probably be fixed with a state file change
