Description:
In Spanner Directpath flow, gRPC filter was added to avoid returning unwanted trailers to the clients which is removing all the necessary trailers. gRPC and Directpath team have already identified the issue and fix is submitted. Till the fix is deployed, we have to disable the tests to capture failures on other tests.
