Some APIs define their own module named 'operation' that naively clashes with google.api_core.operation. Both modules are imported with a disambiguating alias, but the alias was not always referenced for the api_core submodule. This change fixes that issue. Fix for #610

This had been in the original NDB but didn't make it into the port for some reason. It's needed so that an instance's properties can change without affecting the class's properties. This is mostly for `Expando`, but also for unpickling. Fixes #566 Co-authored-by: Christopher Wilcox <[email protected]>
