A build (https://travis-ci.org/GoogleCloudPlatform/gcloud-python/builds/100902378) that began shortly after another (https://travis-ci.org/GoogleCloudPlatform/gcloud-python/builds/100902340) gave a false negative due to the other test creating a topic:

    self.assertFalse(topic.exists())

While we're at it, we should probably use a custom namespace in datastore tests.
