Hello, I was checking the documentation and the code for Text To Speech Library in order to refactor our code (written over 4 years ago).

It uses v1beta namespace and I checked even on the documentation, but found no explanation about what is the difference between v1 and v1beta APIs, if v1 is stable and v1beta is experimental (but upcoming) or experimental (but was released before v1) or what is the actual standard.

They have somehow different things, like v1beta has timepoints but v1 doesn't, so I'm kind of afraid v1beta could go away without us noticing (even if it was there for at least 4 years).
