Remove `log-driver` from the package license whitelist

https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/cloud-debug-nodejs/pull/384 added license checking but `log-driver` had to be whitelisted. It's a dependency of `@google-cloud/common`. Once it's resolved, we should remove the whitelist.
