As one user kindly pointed out there is a dead link at present within the PageSpeed Insights Widget.
In the Lab > Recommendations on how to improve your site > Remove unused CSS

The link should possibly be changed to: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/coverage/

Steps to reproduce

1. Run a PSI test
2. Look at the "Cover Coverage" link under "In the Lab > Recommendations on how to improve your site > Remove unused CSS"
