Bug Description

For non-Gutenberg users, consider allowing for a non-block based placement of the Sign in with Google prompt. This could align with the plans to offer a block based offering for this feature (#10046).

A shortcode may be the best solution if we are to proceed with any non-block based method of adding Sign in with Google to pages or posts.

Such a feature was requested by a user in the support forums.
