"gapit trace" does not unset debug.vulkan.layers after successful run. #2622
Description
Consistently reproducible from 1.2.0 onwards using SaschaWillem's "bloom" example.
Needs investigation between 1.1.0 and 1.2.0.
$ ./gapit trace -api vulkan -capture-frames 100 vulkanBloom
... all good ...
