The property coreLibrariesVersion takes a String and not KotlinVersion (the enum) but Groovy magic (a.k.a footguns) happily assigned the enum's String. Fixes #4937 RELNOTES=Fixed the incorrectly declared version of the Kotlin stdlib dependency declared in the Hilt Gradle Plugin. PiperOrigin-RevId: 800518963
