Looks like the wp-env change, had introduced a new bug when running $ wp-env run wordpress 'composer install -d /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/coblocks/'

Description
The only change here is to update wp-env to ^8.1.1
Confirmed that PHP Unit tests 8.1 + 8.1 are passing.
