Unbreak the release pipelines. The issue is caused by https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/issues/17775 which supposedly fixed in 3.23.2 and our build did use that version from what I see, but maybe it's not fixed yet for
riscv. We should try this upgrade again later.
