Feature Description

Currently, Gitea only has an option in Settings -> Account to let user decide when they should be emailed. It would be great if Gitea can support watch method like Github, that is, separated setting for each repo and customized activities.
For example, I have 2 repo. For repo A, I just want to watch the releases. For repo B, I want to watch releases, PRs and issues.
