That first URL is the GitKraken OAuth flow - it's supposed to redirect you back into VS Code after you authenticate. If you're stuck on the GitKraken launchpad page, it usually means the VS Code side isn't handling the callback properly. First thing I'd check is whether GitLens is actually installed and enabled in VS Code. Open the command palette (Ctrl+Shift+P or Cmd+Shift+P) and run GitLens: Open GitLens Output - if you see errors about the eamodio.gitlens extension not being found, that's your blocker.
