Due to a cyclic imports bug, (fixed here), earlier versions of the CodeQL Action may crash when this feature flag is enabled. Therefore we are renaming the feature flag from
new_analysis_summarytoanalysis_summary_v2such that we can roll out analysis summaries v2 to only the patched versions of the CodeQL Action.Merge / deployment checklist
