The session explore screen should show for a given folder:

• A conversation navigator that lets you either resume or fork the tip of a whole conversation (with a better summary, current one is too abstract, maybe have Claude summarize it) or:
• Explore the timeline of the conversation itself, with the ability to rewind/fork at any point in the session
• The ability to bookmark specific sessions or session points, which would show up at the top of the explore screen for that folder from now on (with a simple star toggle). This in essence alows you to bookmark "save points" for a project in order to start sessions from somewhere else than a blank slate

The right-click drop-down menu on the folder/project would just be "Explore sessions" and clicking it would bring up that new screen.
