Verify Xcode 26 beta compatibility

After merging [the latest Cocoa SDK](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-react-native/pull/4950) with [support for Xcode 26](https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-cocoa/pull/5386) we need to verify that the React Native SDK works as expected.
