We can also set the timeout_minutes to 15, we are around 6 or so right now, so if it takes 15 minutes something is wrong.

Our tests are sometimes flaky and require rerunning manually. There's a GitHub action that auto-retries a step on failure. Incorporating this would save us quite some time spent babysitting tests.
