Prepare a PR for sentry-docs.

Solution Brainstorm

• update lowest supported framework versions on integration pages
• find and remove all mentions of py2 compatibility
• include notes wherever applicable about 1.x being the last SDK version supporting Python 2
• remove/deprecate dropped client options, e.g. https://docs.sentry.io/platforms/python/configuration/options/#request-bodies
• update confusing SQLAlchemy Supported Versions
• update mentions of hubs/scopes
