feat: Promote structured logs to generally available#460

Add `enable_logs` and `before_send_log` properties to SentryOptions as they are now generally available. Keep deprecated accessors in SentryExperimental for backward compatibility. Migrate old project settings to their new locations automatically.

Move Structured Logs feature out of experimental. This feature is now generally available and enabled by default.
This PR also adds compatibility code for options that were renamed or moved. This avoids "ghost" options remaining in the project settings as those are not automatically cleaned up. This code is used to move log options out of experimental namespace/class.
