This is similar to the referenced PR, but focuses on updating the documentation.
For users on meta frameworks, when visiting the OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph, and Google Gen AI pages, a blue alert will now appear under Server-Side. This alert informs them that client-side instrumentation is required.
We are investigating fixes for the Server-Side integrations for meta frameworks. However, since these integrations do not currently work as expected, the documentation needs to reflect this behavior for now.
