Follow-up to #14583.
Updates the docs of Structured Logs for the .NET SDK for Release 5.15.0 5.16.0:

Should be merged shortly after the Release of the new Package version.

Indeed ... thanks for noting.
getsentry/sentry-dotnet#4462 is merged and ready for 5.16.0.
Also updating the code snippets with changes of getsentry/sentry-dotnet#4567.
