…6218) This is similar to the referenced [PR](getsentry/sentry#107221), but focuses on updating the documentation. For users on meta frameworks, when visiting the OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph, and Google Gen AI pages, a blue alert will now appear under Server-Side. This alert informs them that client-side instrumentation is required. We are investigating fixes for the Server-Side integrations for meta frameworks. However, since these integrations do not currently work as expected, the documentation needs to reflect this behavior for now.

Sentry AI Integrations do not work for meta frameworks, therefore we need to guide users to instrument sentry in their client using either Sentry helper functions or manually creating a span (e.g `Sentry.startSpan`). This PR updated the agent monitoring onboarding in the APP. Docs PRs will follow.
