Problem

Customers today, don't really have an easy way to find dashboards they care about. We default to "My Dashboards", where we first show dashboards that you've created and then unclear what determines the presence/order of the others. In larger orgs there are oftentimes dashboards created by other members of the team that you look at on a regular basis. Today you have to recall what those dashboards are called and search for them or use other ways to bookmark them.

Proposed Solution

Allow customers to star/favourite dashboards so they can easily access them and have this as the default view.

• introduce "My Favourites" and "All Dashboards" sections, both are sorted when a Sort By is chosen.
• users are able to "favourite" a dashboard from their dashboards overview
• users are able to "favourite" a dashboard while viewing it
