We should investigate commonly used (in literature) in-silico selex algorithms that we could use.
Specifically, where possible, we should also distinguish:

• string-input optimization algorithms, e.g., evolutionary algorithms to propose new aptamers to test
• the "evaluation" step where a candidate aptamer is evaluated against a target, e.g., through first-principles physical simulation
• and, whether an in-silico selex algorithm is of a form different than "optimization + evaluation"
