Currently `https://bower.herokuapp.com/packages` permanently redirects to `https://registry.bower.io/packages`, which is the new URL which should be used by bower according to bower/bower#2484 (comment) fixes fxpio#309 fixes yiisoft/yii2#14987

@francoispluchino would you be able to merge this soon? Ideally also make a new release, so that users can upgrade. Bower is going to disable old registry URL soon:
