Rewrite workflows to match File/Edit/Plugins menu structure. Add keyboard shortcuts table, menu reference, bundled plugins section. Fix asset path for project restructure. Bump MinVer to v2.0 across all projects. Add MinVer to Plugin, Plugin.Sample, and Plugin.XmlViewer projects. Add Version property to IPanelPlugin interface, shown in Plugin Manager UI.
