I took the chance and changed the description of my contributions, as I didn't like what I chose.

I wanted to add a comment in the credits.md file to help future contributors understanding better this weird syntax, but it seems that regular Markdown/HTML comments are not rendered correctly. So I hope that a consistent use of the i18n syntax will be enough.
