Add support for upgrading new ESP32 board types #1140
Description
What needs to be done to add upgrade support for the new ESP32 board types, like ESP32-C3? With https://github.com/Aircoookie/WLED/releases/tag/v0.14.0, there's "-S2/-C3/-S3" (initial) support.
