`FRAB_DEFAULT_LOCALE` can be used for the default locale for model fields. `FRAB_DEFAULT_LOCALE_FALLBACK` is the fallback for some edge cases where the model field is nil (like static schedule export). So the default language doesn't fall back on itself.
