2. Supply acronym and title, no days
3. Save
4. Click "Launch Call For Participation" from top nav menu.
   So far so good.

The top nav menu shows "Call For Participation" despite that the cfp was not configured yet.

If you click "Call For Participation", you get undefined method start_date' for nil:NilClass`
